Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Huntington Living Center, Waterloo, NY

Contract: 16-weeks contract (High chances to extend)

Schedule: Full-time, 5×8-hour

Requirements: Every other weekend (EOW) and holidays required.

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric residents in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include monitoring residents’ physical and psychosocial conditions, administering nursing care, documenting assessments, communicating changes to the RN and healthcare team, contributing to individualized care plans, and maintaining resident safety while following facility policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Active New York State LPN license.
• Current BLS certification through AHA or RQI.
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience.
• Experience providing care to geriatric residents preferred.
• Availability to work rotating day/evening shifts, every other weekend, and holidays.
