• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,665
• Weekly Taxable Pay: $936
• Weekly Stipend: $1,729 (for qualified travelers)
• W2 Pay Rate: $26/hr
• 36 Hours Guaranteed Weekly
• 13-Week Contract

🕒 Schedule

• 36 hours/week
• Days / Evenings / Nights
• Weekends, holidays, and on-call as required by unit needs

👩‍⚕️ Patient Population

• Geriatric Long-Term Care Residents
• Wound care patients
• No trach patients
• No acute care needs

📋 Responsibilities

• Direct patient care
• Comprehensive resident assessments
• Medication administration
• Documentation and implementation of nursing care plans
• Supervision and support of LPN and CNA staff
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure quality and compassionate care for residents

👥 Staffing Ratios

• RN: 1 nurse for every 20 residents
• LPN: 8-10 residents
• CNA: 4-6 residents

✅ Requirements

• Active New York RN License (NY License Only)
• Minimum 2 Years of Long-Term Care Experience
• BLS Certification (AHA Only)
• Strong communication, flexibility, leadership, and delegation skills
