RN House Supervisor | Evenings 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Living Center North | Geneva, NY

Living Center North is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor for our full-time evening shift in Geneva, NY. If you’re an experienced long-term care (LTC) nurse ready to lead a team and run the building after hours, this is your role.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Every other weekend and holidays required
• Floating across units as needed
• Part-time evening positions are also available. Ask us about them.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the on-site nursing leader for the evening shift, overseeing resident care across all units
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff
• Respond to clinical changes, emergencies, and family and physician communication
• Coordinate admissions, staffing needs, and shift handoff
• Uphold NYS Department of Health regulations and facility standards for quality and safety
• Float to units as needed to keep care running smoothly

Requirements

• Active New York State RN license
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience
• Previous supervisory experience (charge nurse, unit manager, or house supervisor)
• BLS certification through AHA or RQI only (other BLS providers are not accepted)
• Ability to work every other weekend and holidays
