Windsor Hampton Care (Hampton Post Acute), a 120-bed skilled nursing facility at 442 E Hampton St, Stockton, CA 95204, is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 14-week contract with an immediate start.

Details:

- Contract: 14 weeks, 10/19/2026 to 01/17/2027

- Shift: Day, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute meal break

- Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week

- Pay: $62/hr

Requirements:

- Active California PT license

- SNF or post-acute rehab experience preferred

- Available to start immediately
