Occupational Therapist (OT) / COTA - Skilled Nursing

Bluebix is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for day shift at Santa Clara Post Acute, a 201-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in Santa Clara, CA. You'll evaluate and treat post-acute patients (orthopedic, joint replacement, stroke and neuro, cardiac, pulmonary) to restore ADL function, write treatment plans and documentation, and work with the rehab team. It's a 14-week contract, Day shift 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute meal break, 35 guaranteed hours per week at $55-60/hr. Requirements: active California OT license or California COTA license (CBOT), current BLS/CPR, skilled nursing or post-acute rehab experience preferred, and availability to start immediately.
