• LPN Full Time D/E rotation (5x8s), FT Days and/or Evening shifts scheduled as needed by hospital (5x8s), EOW, Holiday
• Required: NY LPN Licensure, BLS (cert through AHA or RQI specifically)
• 1 year experience as LPN
• EOW and Holiday required
