Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM

Job Overview

Bluebix Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment at Harris Hill Center in Concord, New Hampshire.

This opportunity is ideal for nursing professionals with previous Long-Term Care (LTC) and PointClickCare (PCC) experience who are looking for a consistent evening shift and guaranteed hours.

Requirements

• Active LPN license valid in New Hampshire
• Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
• Previous PointClickCare (PCC) experience
• Strong patient-care and communication skills
• Availability to work 40 hours per week on the evening shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with resident assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation in PCC.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and the care team to support resident well-being.
• Follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.
