LNA Job Responsibilities

Provide quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
Record vital signs and maintain accurate documentation.
Support residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity.
Collaborate with nurses and the healthcare team to provide quality care.

LNA Job Requirements

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license valid in New Hampshire.
BLS/CPR certification.
Strong communication and patient-care skills.
Ability to work the scheduled evening shift.
