Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Shift Options: Day, Evening, Night, and Rotational Shifts

Contract Duration: 14–17 weeks, with the possibility of extension

Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour

Overtime: Available

Stipend: Available for eligible candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report any changes to the nursing team.
• Support residents’ comfort, dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
• Follow individualized care plans and established facility policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Previous experience in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or long-term care facility preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
