Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team.
Support residents’ comfort, dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
Follow individualized care plans and facility policies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Follow infection-control procedures and safety guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

Current and valid CNA certification.
Previous experience in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or long-term care facility preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
Ability to work the assigned shift and schedule.
